Nell Lane, Chorlton - Refurbishment of 6,000 sq.ft. Grade 2 listed building.
Dating back to 1596, Hough End Hall was the original Manor House for the Lord of the Manors for Manchester and Withington. Over its 400 year history it has undergone many changes of use, the latest was the conversion and refurbishment from a pub and restaurant to prestige open plan offices. As part of the marketing campaign CRC produced a concise history of the Hall and on completion of the sale presented the purchasers with a full size replica of the portrait of Sir Nicholas Mosley, the original owner and Lord of the Manor of Manchester, which is held at the Salford museum and art gallery.
